UK-based skin care brand Neal’s Yard Remedies has introduced a new hand cream to help consumers tackle signs of ageing.

The Frankincense Intense Hand Treatment Serum (£30) is blended with certified organic frankincense, which is sesinbly sourced from Oman through the brand’s Project Frankincense initiative.

The project works to sustainably grow and produce organic frankincense and hopes to replenish the threatened Boswllia sacra trees in Oman which produce the aromatic resin.

Anabel Kindersley, Co-Owner of Neal’s Yard Remedies, said: “Project Frankincense embodies everything that we are about; collaborating with the local community, developing the most sustainable supply chain and creating a lasting frankincense legacy in Oman.”

Meanwhile, the new product is designed to smooth and firm skin, as well as reducing the signs of age spots, thanks to its blend of rosehip seed oil, narcissus extract and ribose.

The brand recommends to use twice daily, in the morning and evening, by massaging into hands, nails and cuticles.
