Moroccanoil and US-based hair products manufacturer Zotos International have resolved a recent dispute over trademark, trade dress infringement and unfair competition.
Zotos was called out over its Luxe Majestic Oil range, containing argan oil, which was packaged in similar-coloured bottles and labels to Moroccanoil’s products.
