Greek natural beauty brand Korres has become the best-selling bath and body brand at UK-based supermarket Waitrose.

The brand started selling its Ginger Lime and Pure Greek Olive ranges on 1 July and has since surpassed its year-on-year trade by 152%.

Best-selling products included Ginger Lime Shower Gel, and the Pure Greek Olive Blossom Shower Gel.

The brand was founded by Giorgos Korres, a Pharmacy School graduate from the University of Athens, after he developed an understanding of homeopathic remedies in 1996; today he is still involved in brand development and research.

Chemical Engineer Lena Korres joined in the brand’s debut year and works as Brand Development Director.

Korres started trading internationally in 1999 in the US and today is stocked on Feelunique, and in Sephora, Harvey Nichols and other major beauty retailers across four continents.
