Beauty subscription service ipsy has appointed Fernando Madeira, former President and CEO of Walmart.com, as President.
The company hopes that Madeira's 30 years of experience in commerce, media and technology will drive growth further, as it also revealed that its e-commerce service ipsy Shopper has seen 400% growth since it began beta testing in November 2017.

As President and CEO of Walmart.com, Madeira was responsible for accelerating growth of the company's US and Latin American websites, offering customers a seamless shopping experience.
He also co-founded Brazil's first internet portal Terra, where he worked for 23 years and led innovations including the first legal music distribution website and Latin America's first internet TV studio.
