For 2-step application, HCP's new stock 13mm Double-Ended Lip Gloss (6L7) gives brands the opportunity to combine a complementary duo of formulas.

Two 7.7ml (OFC) widely recyclable PET bottles hold portable pairings such as matte vs gloss; shimmer vs shine; colour vs neutral or nourishing and conditioning treatments.
