HCP Packaging is pleased to announce the appointment of Damien Dossin as President of HCP Packaging USA, Inc. reporting to Eddy Wu, President & CEO of HCP Packaging.
Mr. Wu notes, “We are delighted to have Damien on board. He is known for meeting and exceeding aggressive sales goals; leading successful cross-functional and global groups through his energy, drive andpersistence. He has outstanding team building and coaching skills; with a strong commitment to integrity and high standards."
Damien will assume responsibility for the Americas and is tasked with building the sales team; growing revenue with existing customers and supporting new business development. He will also handle global business coordination with HCP teams in the UK, France and Asia.
Mr. Dossin is a seasoned sales and marketing executive with experience in packaging, cosmetics and consumer goods. He joins HCP from Topline Products, where he was Vice President of Sales & Marketing generating significant sales growth during his tenure there. Prior to Topline, Mr. Dossin spent eight years with RT Sourcing/LF Beauty as Vice President of the Beauty Division in North America, leading double digit growth year-on year through his dynamic efforts.
Damien is a native of South Africa where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Economics degree. He lived in Belgium for 6 years before moving to the USA in 1997 and speaks fluent French and Dutch.
