Purchase will bolster multinational personal care giant’s premium skin care business
Personal care multinational Colgate-Palmolive has announced it is to buy French aesthetic skin care brand Laboratoires Filorga as part of a move to develop its premium beauty business.
The deal, reported to be worth €1.5bn, is to be financed with a combination of debt and cash, and is expected to close in the third quarter, according to Colgate.
