By adding more value to its production processes, Aarts Plastics is growing rapidly. This growth over the last couple of years forced the company to reconsider its present location as space became an issue due to the increasing number of injection moulding machines and side equipment.
The success of the company in the cosmetics, food and medical sector is due to its vast experience in product mould development and some of the finest assembly and finishing techniques. Together with its experienced custom development division, the company was successfully increasing its business and looking for new space.
"We were very lucky the adjacent premises became available," said Rob Geurtz, the Director of the company. "Adding 3,000sqm of floor space, together with five loading docks will drastically improve our operations and logistics and give us the possibility to increase our production area. We are in the middle of the transition and expect to be ready by the end of May."
The new building, which is already connected to the existing plant, will locate all finished goods along with the assembly and shipping department, whereas the former warehouse will be transformed to a new production area.
