The LVMH-owned cosmetics brand is offering customers a chance to win a $300 Benefit X Crocs package
Crocs has launched footwear collaborations with a host of famous names and faces – from the sublime (Balenciaga’s high-heeled take) to the ridiculous (Kentucky Fried Chicken).
So it was only a matter of time before the foam clogs purveyor dipped its sensible, waterproof toe into the world of beauty, teaming up with LVMH’s Benefit Cosmetics.
The Benefit X Crocs collaboration features two Crocs classics that have been ‘Benefit-ized’ in the cosmetics brand’s signature hot pink colour.
The Benefit X Crocs Classic Clog ($69.99) boasts a translucent glitter jelly upper covered in Benefit-themed Jibbitz charms (which wearers can used to decorate their Crocs), including a real mirror.
Meanwhile, the Benefit X Crocs Classic Sandal ($49.99) is a two-strap slide with sparky gem accents.
Available via crocs.com across the US, Europe and Asia from 13 July, the shoes’ launch will be accompanied by the #BenefitOfCrocsChallenge and fan giveaway.
Here, the brands are inviting consumers to take them through their typical make-up routine while wearing Crocs… on their hands.
Benefit is encouraging consumers who think they’re up to the challenge to participate using the hashtag #BenefitOfCrocsChallenge and tagging @crocs and @benefitcosmetics on Instagram Reels and TikTok on (or before) 20 July to be in with a chance of winning a Benefit X Crocs PR Package valued at $300.
