The beauty industry is continuing to set up 2026 as a mega year for launches, with innovations and scientific advancements landing week-on-week.

This week’s biggest beauty launches included colour cosmetics with skin-first formulas from Maybelline New York and Too Faced.

Body care is continuing to heat up as a category with expansion from Monday Hair Care and new scented launches from Rare Beauty.

To mark its five-year anniversary, minimalist brand Merit has teamed up with LA-based fashion brand DONNI. to launch The Anniversary Sweatshirt.

The limited edition, 100% organic cotton crew neck is hand-dyed in the brand’s signature Merit Blue, with an ‘All things with intention’ embroidery detail.

The launch builds on Merit’s previous collaborations with fashion brands to launch limited-edition items and accessories, including Brandon Maxwell and Proenza Schouler.

Maybelline New York has teamed up with global ambassador Miley Cyrus to launch its new Serum Lipstick.

The skin care-infused formulas feature hyaluronic acid and a nourishing oil blend, which claims to provide up to eight hours of moisture.

Launching in 16 shades spanning both soft matte and satin finishes, the vegan formula delivers high impact colour in a lightweight formula.

Supermodel Bella Hadid’s fragrance line, Orebella, has teamed up with fashion brand The Mayfair Group to launch a limited-edition loungewear capsule collection.

The Year of Alignment collection marks the fragrance brand’s first step into ready-to-wear, and includes three bundles, each paired with an Orebella scent.
