Natura & Co has completed the sale of Avon's operations in Russia for an estimated €26.6m.
The Russian business division for the 137-year-old cosmetic giant has been sold to Arnest Group, a manufacturer of perfumery, cosmetics and household products based in Russia.
The operation was the last Avon International asset still controlled by Natura & Co, and marks the completion of its corporate simplification strategy.
This was focused on consolidating growth for the Avon Latin American brand, which remains under Natura & Co's management and will be relaunched in the first half of 2026.
“With the sale of Avon International completed, Natura definitively enters a new chapter,” said João Paulo Ferreira, Natura & Co CEO.
“In 2026, we begin a new cycle of growth, innovation and differentiation, with a simpler, more agile company that is well-positioned to drive value creation for our customers, shareholders and society as a whole.”
The news follows Natura & Co offloading its Avon International business in Europe, Africa and Asia in 2025, as it pivoted towards an increased focus on its Latin American arm.
Avon’s Russian business arm was not included in the agreement, and had been classified as “held for sale” prior to its sale to Arnest Group.
The sale of Avon’s International business followed Natura & Co inking a deal to sell its Avon business in Central America and the Dominican Republic earlier that year.
Grupo PDC, a consumer goods company with a presence in the region and Peru, acquired the direct-selling beauty business for US$22m.
Natura & Co also reported a double-digit slump in revenues for Q3 2025.
The Brazilian beauty conglomerate attributed the weaker performance to slowing demand in its key Brazilian market.
