Members’ club Soho House taps into skin care with new range

The Soho Skin range has been developed to fit its members’ lifestyles

Soho House, the global hospitality and lifestyle company best known for its network of private members’ clubs, has branched out with the launch of a new skin care line.

Described as genderless, Soho Skin was influenced by advice and suggestions from its  118,000 global members, who were consulted about their skin care needs.

The range features an initial offering of 11 products including a cleanser, serum and face mask with the signature offering, according to the brand, being its 24/7 treatment.

The treatment is designed to help mitigate the effects of a 24/7 lifestyle and contains lactic and hyaluronic acid.

The cooperative approach to product development involving members is important, said Aalish Yorke-Long, Managing Director, Soho House Retail: “At Soho House, we are continually inspired by our members – they are what motivates changes to the Houses across the globe.”

Each product in the collection is said to be based around the Soho Skin Concentrate, a blend of actives including the probiotic Lactococcus ferment lysate, glycogen and pistacia lentiscus gum.

“We are launching eleven high performing products which have been created for our members to enhance their skin health based on their demanding lifestyles,” said Velma Simmons, UK Director of Membership at Soho House.

“This has resulted in a hard working genderless range that works for all skin types and helps people feel their best.

“We’ve always had a member-first approach to everything we do and their feedback will continue to play a key role in the product development and innovation of Soho Skin.”

Soho Skin is currently available in Soho House bedrooms with the collection rolling out to members at sohoskin.com in May and select retail sites from September.

The launch of the range coincides with the introduction of Soho Health Club, and new house openings this year in Nashville, Brighton, Copenhagen, Stockholm and Mexico City.
