Dermatological product positioning

Working with design house Pentagram, M&H helped create the packaging for a new collection of dermatological skincare products for sk:n, the UK’s No 1 skin care clinic.

sk:n has a network of state-of-the-art clinics with a reputation for excellence in treating skin conditions. Their medical and beauty experts have worked together to produce a range of highly effective skin care products. These are now on sale in the clinics nationwide as well as in larger Boots stores and online. The collection is split into five treatment areas: cleansing and exfoliating, anti-ageing, anti-blemish, corrective and repair and protect

The customer selected packaging from M&H’s portfolio of products. The 200ml Non-Aerosol Tubular bottles are manufactured in soft-touch co-ex HDPE, the 20ml and 50ml jars are manufactured in SAN and there are three different sizes of tube. The overall design is white to convey the dermatological product positioning and features silver foil blocking which adds a premium feel. All products are colour coded to help consumers navigate through their options.
