PROCEDURE:
1. In main vessel mix Sequence #1 with medium speed propeller stirring. Start heating to 75°C.
2. In side vessel combine Sequence #2. Start heating to 75°C.
3. Add Sequence #2 to Sequence #1 when temperatures reach 75°C. Mix with medium mixing.
4. Start cooling with continued mixing.
5. When batch reaches 60°C, add Sequence #3 with continued mixing.
SPECIFICATIONS:
pH: 5.50-6.00
Viscosity: TF @ 3rpm: 160,500cps.
Stability: 1 Month at 50°C
