Global personal care product giant L’Oréal will invest more than RUB2.5bn Russian roubles (US$37m) to increase production in Russia, with the company saying its current plant is operating at full capacity. L’Oréal’s Russia spokesperson, Valeriya Murygina, told Cosmetics Business that the company would expand production facilities at its existing Russia factory, located at the Vorsino industrial park in the Kaluga region, 85km from Moscow.
