Kiko Milano, the Italian make-up brand, is opening its first permanent store in New York City after more than a decade on 5 September.
The 1,700 sqft store is located in the heart of the Soho neighbourhood of Lower Manhattan, and features a lilac-tinted theme with classic Italian archways and Milanese stainless steel.
Kiko Milano has opened the store in a push against the throwaway culture of beauty pop-ups, opting for a permanent location rather than a “temporary marketing moment”.
Tickets are now available for the 25th anniversary of the Pure Beauty Awards, taking place on 15 October 2026 at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London, UK. Join the beauty industry for an evening of recognition and celebration as this year’s winners are revealed. Click here to secure your place.
A Kiko Milano company statement read: “New York Fashion Week means brands are everywhere – but mostly for a moment.
“Chanel is launching a fragrance pop-up in the Meatpacking District.
“Mikayala Nogueira and Sephora are throwing parties around town. Here today, gone next week.”
To mark the new store, Kiko Milano will host a ‘Grand Opening’ event from 5-7 September, offering free beauty products, personalised engraving, and Italian-inspired make-up services.
The company statement continued: “Kiko Milano is bringing a little bit of Milan to downtown NYC to celebrate the opening of its newest US destination.”
Kiko Milano will open its next location in Miami, Florida, later in September with a nightclub-like aesthetic.
The opening follows Kiko Milano naming singer Madonna as its Global Brand Ambassador in June to fuel the Italian make-up brand’s next phase of growth, which includes entering US retailer Macy’s.
