John Bell & Croyden is a genuine London retailer. With a history that dates back as far as 1798, it has been in the same Marylebone space since 1912.

But this old school pharmacy destination is modernising and becoming one of beauty's retail 'hot spots'. Its large emporium offers health and beauty products and services, including skin care and colour cosmetics, as well as on vitamins and supplements.

Here, we catch up with the brand's Category Manager, Daniel Gill on which brands he wants to see on its shelves and how to nail the perfect pitch.
