Harry’s, the men’s personal care brand, has unveiled a mysterious new product launch inspired by luxury fragrance.

Referred to as the ‘Redacted Body Wash’, the nameless body care launch is the first release from Harry’s Scent Labs – a new limited edition body wash series featuring small-batch drops available exclusively via Harrys.com and TikTok Shop.

The body wash is fragranced with a familiar woody santal scent inspired from an unnamed luxury brand.

“If you know premium fragrance, this one will feel instantly familiar, it smells just like a cult favourite scent people are obsessed with… just without the price tag,” Olly Walker, Grooming Expert at Harry’s, told Cosmetics Business. 

“We leaned into mystery because that is part of the appeal. 

"When something smells this good, you do not need everything spelled out – you just know. 

“The fully redacted label plays into that.

“It gives you just enough to be intrigued, but leaves room for people to figure it out themselves.”

Walker shared how launching a nameless product also adds a new layer to the brand’s marketing.
