Gisou ramps up investment in ‘immersive’ pop-ups with new UK activation

Gisou has opened a month-long UK pop-up to ramp up its growth after experiencing “first-hand the power of immersive experiences”.  

The Honey Gloss activation, situated in London, UK, at luxury department store Harrods this April, celebrates the launch of the brand’s Honey Gloss Ceramide Therapy Hair Mask in a 75ml discovery and travel-size format.  

The in-person activation follows the success of the hair care brand’s Holiday pop up in London in December 2024, where the average queuing time was approximately five hours.

“As an icon of luxury, desirability and excellence, Harrods is the perfect home for Gisou’s next big UK moment,” a spokesperson for Gisou told Cosmetics Business.

“We are known for our iconic pop-ups and… as a brand we lead the way in earned media value (EMV) and social engagement, with one of the highest-performing communities driving our brand’s impact across digital platforms.

“Earlier this year, our new Honey Gloss Ceramide Therapy Hair Mask flew off the shelves, and we are thrilled to see it make its highly-anticipated return with this activation.

“With so much excitement surrounding our brand, this pop-up is the ideal moment to welcome even more community members into the world of Gisou.”
