Luxury Italian fragrance house Jusbox is dialling up the 1990s nostalgia with its latest launch, Sisters B4 Misters.

The brand describes this as a bold new scent inspired by the Spice Girls and their cultural legacy of empowerment, unity and unstoppable pop attitude.

Set to launch exclusively at Selfridges on 22 May, the gourmand fragrance is described as a high-octane celebration of the band’s five iconic personas, distilled into a playful yet sophisticated scent that brings together both sensory indulgence and narrative depth.

Retailing at £180 for 78ml, it marks the brand’s latest venture into musically inspired olfactory storytelling.

Created by perfumer Nelly Hachem-Ruiz, Sisters B4 Misters is designed around five distinct ingredients, each corresponding to one of the Spice Girls’ alter-egos: Ginger for the fiery and bold, Lime Heart for the athletic and energetic, Orris for the poised and polished, Sugared Milk Accord for the innocent and whimsical, and Amber for the fierce and fearless.

The fragrance opens with a top note of ginger oil, lime heart and blackcurrant absolute.

At its heart lies an unexpected twist: a banana and strawberry note, which the brand says is a nostalgic throwback that calls to mind 1990s schoolyard snacks, layered with floral hints of lily of the valley and orris resinoid.

The fragrance arrives housed in Jusbox’s signature bottle, reimagined with a vinyl-inspired cap which is a nod to the era’s love affair with pop records and dance-floor anthems.

Chiara Valdo, co-founder and co-creative Director of Jusbox Perfumes, said the Spice Girls were an obvious touchpoint for a brand rooted in the emotional power of music.

“Spice Girls have always fascinated us as figures of female empowerment in a male-dominated music world,” Valdo told Cosmetics Business
