British beauty company BeautyPro has acquired Skin Sapiens for an undisclosed sum.

The purchase aims to drive new growth opportunities for BeautyPro, which has been bolstering its beauty portfolio with new brand acquisitions such as Wildtree Skincare in 2024.

The acquisition will support BeautyPro’s growth plans – with the business being on track to hit its eight-figure revenue target in 2025.

Skin Sapiens was founded by James Jardella in 2018 and offers gentle skin care solutions using natural ingredients and sustainable practices.

Although there is always an element of risk when it comes to acquiring a business, BeautyPro co-founder Ibs Ansari told Cosmetics Business that there was very little doubt when it came to Skin Sapiens.
