BeautyPro, the British beauty company, has acquired Supercover for an undisclosed sum.

The make-up foundation brand was founded in 1997 by Zaf and Najma Ansari, the parents of BeautyPro co-creator Ibs Ansari.

It marks BeautyPro’s third acquisition in under two years, having recently snapped up Skin Sapiens in April 2025, and will see Ansari running the business his parents started in the 1990s.

Supercover will relaunch with a redesigned website at supercover.co.uk, with the aim of carrying the brand's heritage forward for a new generation of consumers.

The range offers 42 shades across ten undertones, and has a strong following among make-up artists and South Asian consumers.

Supercover is a brand with “real heritage and a genuinely loyal customer base”, Ansari told Cosmetics Business.
