The Estée Lauder Companies has announced three senior promotions. Stephane de la Faverie (above left) has been promoted to Global Brand President, Origins and Darphin. Meanwhile, Beth DiNardo (above centre) has been promoted to Global Brand President, Smashbox. Thirdly Daniel Rachmanis (above right) has been promoted to President, Latin America.
De la Faverie has worked with The Estée Lauder Companies since 2011, initially joining as Senior VP, Global General Manager, Amaris and Designer Fragrances. He later became involved with Origins and Darphin, and most recently held the role of Senior VP/General Manager. Under de la Faverie, Darphin has expanded global distribution.
DiNardo has worked on Smashbox since The Estée Lauder Companies acquired the brand in 2010. DiNardo is recognised as a driver behind strengthening Smashbox’s core equity over the years, with a focus on hero products, NPD, trend leadership and growing the colour business. Prior to The Estée Lauder Companies, DiNardo worked at Clinique and Darphin.
Rachmanis, meanwhile, has worked with The Estée Lauder Companies in Latin America since 2009. He is credited for having aided the company’s sales growth – which has tripled – over the last five years to become the number one prestige beauty company in the region.
