As the General Manager / Business Unit Director you will be responsible for the full end to end business cycle of a successful VHMS brand that is leading the way in innovative new products within the industry. This is an opportunity that is as close to running your own business as you can get however you will be supported the group which will include the provision of central functions such as finance, warehousing and supply chain as well as being part of a profitable and cash generative group.
Using your experience in ecommerce management experience you will lead the execution of the agreed strategy; this will be very hands on but will require the management of the two direct reports and marketing agencies.
Key requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Previous experience of managing a P&L is vital, including the understanding of margins, overheads, operational costs as well as marketing costs.
- A background in health, wellness and beauty is highly desirable but not essential
- Ability to manipulate market data and understand the changing eCommerce landscape.
- Proven experience across all key marketing channels – website, social, amazon and tiktok.
