Digital & Print Production Coordinator - London - Approx £40,000 DOE

HPCI Media is looking for a Digital & Print Media Production Coordinator to oversee production across our magazines, digital content and webinars. If you’re highly organised, technically confident and enjoy running smooth workflows across multiple media formats, this role is for you

What You’ll Do

  • Manage production for print magazines: schedules, flatplans, artwork and supplier coordination.
  • Oversee digital output, including newsletters, online content and client email promotions.
  • Lead webinar production from planning through to live delivery.
  • Maintain production calendars and keep projects on track across multiple brands.
  • Work closely with editorial, design, sales and marketing teams.
  • Handle client-supplied assets for sponsored content and email campaigns.
  • Bring a positive, trouble-shooting attitude to the team

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in digital or print production (ideally both).
  • Strong organisational and project-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere a bonus).
  • Confidence managing artwork, specs and deadlines.
  • Great communication and attention to detail.
  • Bonus: experience with webinar platforms and G-Suite.
