Dermarché Labs has named Esther Dong as its new Senior Vice President, General Manager. The beauty industry veteran joins the skin care brand from Amorepacific, where she worked as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales for five years.
Dong previous worked on expanding Amorepacific’s presence in luxury retail channels, including Neiman Marcus, Sephora, Nordstrom and Bloomingdales.
Dong has also held positions at Coty Prestige, L’Oréal and Givaudan. Spending more than 15 years in the beauty industry, she has extensive experience in marketing and sales. As Director of New Product Development and Marketing at Skaffles she oversaw three major product lines: Green By Nature, Green by Nature Disney and TIGI Red Head. She has also studied at MIT, Tsinghua University and Yale University.

At Dermarché Labs, Dong will now be responsible for driving growth and product innovation. She will also lead all sales and marketing efforts, working closely with key retail partners in-store and online. She will also help to identify new market opportunities for expansion as the company plans its future growth.
Dermarché currently has two products: Roloxin Lift and FULLFILL, which are both sold in the US and Canada. Roloxin Lift is also sold in Japan and the UK.
