Clarins Travel Retail has partnered with Changi Airport Group and The Shilla Duty Free Singapore to introduce Clarins Beauty Concierge Singapore Edition, a Changi First Global Concept debut.
The beauty experience will run until 16 August 2026 at Changi Airport Terminal 1 Departure Transit, Singapore, turning the airport shopping experience into an “experiential journey” through storytelling and personalised services.

Visitors will enter into a multi-sensory journey guided by a philosophy of ‘Check In, Indulge, Check Out Beautiful’ as they pass through a number of experiential zones.
The experience opens with a Welcome Concierge, where visitors will receive a personalised key and journey card to unlock gifts and rewards.
Upon entry to the Beauty Lounge, guests can meet with a Clarins expert to curate skin care recommendations dependent on individual skin needs.
This is followed by the Beauty Bar, where visitors can play with Singapore-inspired make-up looks emulating local hotspot destinations.
Finally, the Beauty Elevator provides an immersive photo opportunity, with backdrops transforming into destination scenes inspired by Singapore’s landscape and culture.
As part of the activations, Clarins has launched several Changi-exclusive travel retail sets with Peranakan-inspired packaging.
