Checkpoint Systems introduces tamper tag
Protects cosmetics without covering branding
The company says it is the first to manufacture a label that will not degrade packaging or interfere with packaging design. The tag, which has a printing and adhesive that makes it tamper resistant, also allows for protection against the theft without jeopardising the brand image.
In addition, the tag has been proven to reduce shrinkage by more than 50%.
“Next to the long list of benefits that the EP Clear range of tags offers today, the introduction of the EP Clear tamper tag also creates a new level of collaboration between retailers and Checkpoint to address the issue of sales availability,” commented Farrokh Abadi, Checkpoint’s worldwide president of shrink sales management systems. “We believe EP Clear Tamper Tag meets an unmet requirement and will make a difference to the bottom line of our customers while improving shoppers’ experience.”
