The Maison de Beauté offers personalised treatments and access to beauty products

Chanel has opened the doors to its first ever Maison de Beauté in Paris.

Located in Passy of the 16th arrondissement, the 180sqm space spans three floors and brings together the brand’s signature fragrance, skin care and make-up collections.

It also offers exclusive services, including the debut of the La Fascia de Chanel face and body treatment method.

The method, according to Chanel, links inner and outer beauty by using slow intentional movements that are said to soothe the body and the mind.

The procedure was developed with Hélène Bourhis-Bois, who is a facial therapy expert.

The brand says the townhouse’s design merges classical Parisian aesthetics with Chanel's modern elegance.

The decor pays homage to the design of the N°5 bottle stopper and Chanel's double-C logo.

Thomas du Pré de Saint Maur, Chanel’s Head of Global Creative Resources Fragrance and Beauty, said: “The remarkable unique taste and French spirit of Chanel are expressed in the architecture of this townhouse”.

The brand says the new Maison de Beauté offers a multisensory journey, with the first floor dedicated to the fragrance section.

Visitors can consult with fragrance experts, participate in masterclasses, or explore personalised olfactory experiences.

The second floor is home to Chanel's skin care offerings and also two treatment rooms, where visitors can receive bespoke treatments.

Thomas du Pré de Saint Maur stated that the design of the beauty house will stand the test of time.

“Because the classical aesthetic refuses effects, overstatement and the temptations of hyper-narration, it will survive the passage of time without going out of fashion”
