Michael Benson is the Marketing Director at personal care giant Church & Dwight UK.
Prior to joining the maker of Batiste and Nair in 2014, Benson's marketing career spans consumer goods from leading drinks player Diageo to Elizabeth Arden, while under Unilever ownership.

What was your first marketing role in beauty?
Brand Manager for
