BETE’s new air atomising nozzle handles high viscosity fluids effectively

Allows for spraying at fine atomisation, but low flow rates

The latest addition to the BETE range of nozzles is the XA ER, an air atomising nozzle that enables the effective spraying of viscous fluids at very fine atomisation but at low flow rates. The new nozzle operates with an external mix, which means the exit orifice can be larger allowing for viscous fluids (100+ cP) to be sprayed.

In addition, the nozzle is a liquid pressure fed model, so the flow rate is not dependent on the air pressure, which results in easier control.

It is available for 1/4” and 1/8” pipe sizes and comes in a choice of standard materials including nickel-plated brass and 303 or 316 stainless steel.
