The mission of this role

The mission of this role is to manage client needs, focusing on sales growth strategy, within a global marketplace following the commercial Quadpack procedures and focused on the area key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with existing clients to exceed budget through innovation, product growth and accurate forecasting.
  • Expand your business by targeting specific UK customers, developing sales attack plans, and ensuring plans are deployed effectively.
  • Own the business plans and forecasts for your account portfolio.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial conditions with our key customers and execute agreements, through price analysis and margin optimization.
  • Analyse, monitor and achieve monthly and yearly sales KPI performance and budget expectations.
  • Work closely with the Project Development team to ensure opportunities are landed on time and to plan.

Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience in client management (revenue owner) within the Beauty/ Cosmetics industry.
  • A skilled networker, with a good understanding of our client markets and the ability to open doors.
  • Someone who takes ownership: Maintains a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, pushing through challenges with the capability to get results
  • Soft kills: analytical approach, goal-oriented, problem-solving, impactful communications and negotiation.
  • Hard skills: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, SAP and data analysis programs
  • Languages: English (Native)
  • University degree
  • Location: South of UK
