Quadpack’s business model allows the company to provide agile and customised solutions to its clients, keeping a flexible structure where manufacturing and sourcing can be combined to offer optimal services. With a strong global sales network, Quadpack is a partner of choice of both consolidated brands and regional, fast-growing clients.
Quadpack’s product offering is distinguished by an uncompromising focus on the needs and desires of its clients and, by extension, consumers. Whether designed and manufactured in-house, sourced, or co-developed with partners, its solutions aim to offer differentiation, technological excellence and an enhanced user experience, all on a foundation of sustainability. Of particular note are Quadpack’s beautiful, market-leading components in wood. Its innovative airless offer, meets the needs of the rising class of natural and organic formulas for brands in all market segments. Quadpack’s offer can be classified into proprietary products, catalogue products selected from its partners and bespoke, supported by a range of services to enhance the final product.
Bespoke solutions are custom designed and typically driven by innovation. These projects are where Quadpack’s designers can transform trends into real, workable solutions that push boundaries in terms of aesthetics, functionality and environmental impact. Quadpack’s UK rapid prototyping centre accelerates the early stages of design, producing functional models the clients can touch and feel. The packaging engineers then ensure industrial feasibility and supervise the creation of the moulds. The company’s manufacturing facilities enable it to test new designs in-house with trial moulds, as well as produce part or all of the final product.
Quadpack’s own range of products is designed to meet or anticipate market demand, improve the consumer experience and respect the planet. It is an exclusive collection of fully customisable packaging options thanks to our extended decoration and finishing services. The moulds and intellectual property associated with these products belong to Quadpack. Proprietary items have the benefit of short lead-times, no mould investment, and lower MOQs.
Quadpack’s portfolio of packaging solutions is carefully curated from the vast offering of its official supply partners and includes products selected for their innovative and market-oriented features. Once chosen, these products are thoroughly tested and homologated to Quadpack’s own, strict standards.
Skin Care, Make-up and Fragrance packaging
Skin Care packaging has been Quadpack's core business from the outset, and remains so today, accounting for approximately 70 per cent of its total revenue. Quadpack offers Skin Care brands a wide range of standard products as well as bespoke packaging solutions, adding value through features such as airless dispensing systems, special applicators and closure systems.
Quadpack’s make-up solutions offer the perfect blend of the latest look and a fast turnaround. Its range of innovative components can be mixed and matched, then decorated for an entirely bespoke look. This strategy allows customers to respond to market demand on time and on trend.
Quadpack creates unique and inspiring packaging solutions for the fragrance sector, handling the entire process from design to delivery. Quadpack Wood has been hugely successful in this area, as the first company to introduce sustainably sourced wood into the fragrance packaging market, with a cap for Burberry Touch for Women.
