The Role

We are seeking a confident, driven and commercially minded B2B Sales Account Manager with proven media sales experience - ideally within the beauty, cosmetics or life sciences sectors. This role is instrumental to our future growth and involves managing a mix of international accounts while driving new business across all revenue streams: print, digital and events.

You will be representing one of the most established B2B brands in beauty, working closely with major global ingredient suppliers, contract manufacturers, regulatory experts and brand owners. This is a fast-paced, relationship-led role requiring smart prospecting, high-quality client service and a keen interest in the cosmetics market.

The role includes travel to HPCi Media events and leading global beauty industry exhibitions in locations such as Barcelona, Monaco, Paris and Amsterdam.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Client Development
  • Manage and grow an existing account base while identifying strong opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across our cosmetics portfolio.
  • Drive new business through targeted outbound activity - including cold calling, email outreach, social media prospecting and networking.
  • Consistently recommend the right advertising, digital marketing and event solutions to meet client goals.
  • Present proposals confidently (video call, telephone and face-to-face), clearly articulating value, ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure all products - including print, digital, event sponsorship and conferences are positioned as first-choice solutions for the cosmetics industry.
  • Campaign Management & Admin
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail in campaign implementation, reporting and follow-up.
  • Keep accurate CRM records and maintain a healthy pipeline aligned with weekly, monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout onboarding, campaign delivery and renewals.
  • Collaborate closely with editorial, marketing, digital and event teams to deliver high-quality client solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Ideally 2–3 years’ experience in B2B media sales, with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience selling advertising, digital campaigns, content solutions or event sponsorships.
  • Experience managing international clients is highly desirable.
  • Evidence of winning, developing and retaining new business.
  • Experience with live events or awards is an advantage.
  • Any exposure to the cosmetics, beauty, ingredients or life sciences sectors is a strong bonus.
