Audiovisual guide to measuring minerals available

The shape and size of mineral and metal particles plays an important role in determining process efficiency and final product quality and Malvern Instruments has now created two audiovisual guides to help its customers characterise these particles using its Morphology G3 analyser.


The guides, which feature Deborah Huck, product technical specialist, Morphological Imaging Systems, include several examples of understanding particle morphology properties and controlling processing behaviour for materials including gypsum, silica, graphite and tungsten carbide.
