R.e.m. Beauty, the beauty brand from pop star Ariana Grande, has launched its first foundation.
The Sweetener Foundation is available in 60 shades and has been formulated with niacinamide, raspberry leaf extract and hyaluronic acid spheres.
It is available to purchase through the beauty brand’s website for US$35, and will also be stocked in Ulta and Sephora stores later this month.
“The moment you've been waiting for - Sweetener Foundation is landing soon in 60 shades for all skin tones,” Grande said in an Instagram post.
“Clinically proven to hydrate instantly and over time with skin-loving niacinamide, hyaluronic acid and vitamin E.”
Alongside make-up and skin care, Grande is also the namesake to a 14-strong fragrance collection which is licensed to Luxe Brands.
Her most recent launch, Cloud Pink, is the latest addition to Grande’s Cloud fragrance line.
It was created in collaboration with Firmenich's Clement Gavarry, and the EDP offers fragrance notes of ambery woods, magenta moss and a touch of sweetened praline.
R.e.m. Beauty was launched by Forma Brands, the parent company of Morphe Cosmetics, in 2021.
Forma Brands eventually filed for bankruptcy in 2023, which saw Grande buy the assets tied to her beauty brand for an estimated US$15m.
R.e.m beauty would go on to hire Michelle Shigemasa, a former lead for both Murad and Smashbox, as CEO in February 2023.
