AmbaFlex introduces a slimmer spiral

At the request of packaging line integrators, AmbaFlex has created a new version of its SpiralVeyor continuous elevator with a dramatically reduced footprint. The SpiralVeyor SV300 Slim Line has a diameter of just 1240mm enabling it to fit seamlessly into most production lines thereby keeping aisles and working areas free. The new machine has a belt width of 300mm and can carry cartons with footprints of up to 300x400mm.

The SpiralVeyor SV300 also features AmbaFlex’s high-friction belt which provides friction over more than 70% of its surface thanks to the use of thermoplastic elastomers and friction pads that are chemically bonded into the slats in a unique injection moulding process.
