Alabaster to head up CSR at Estée Lauder

She joins the company from L\'Oréal USA

Pamela Gill Alabaster has been named the head of The Estée Lauder Companies' global Corporate Responsibility function. In her new role, Alabaster will oversee the development and implementation of Estée Lauder's global Corporate Responsibility Strategy.

Alabaster will report directly to Gregory Polcer, Executive VP, Global Supply Chain and Peter Jueptner, SVP, Strategy and New Business Development.

Lauder.

Previously, Alabaster held senior marketing and management roles at L'Oréal USA, most recently serving as Senior Vice President Corporate Communications, Sustainable Development & Public Affairs.
