Part of the brand's new site
LVMH-owned brand Acqua di Parma is preparing to launch its new e-commerce site as part of its digital expansion plans.
Set to launch at the end of September, the website is designed to offer a seamless shopping experience for customers, while conveying the brand’s Italian roots.
Acqua di Parma’s signature yellow is reflected in the design, along with black and white as is traditionally found on its products.
President and CEO Laura Burdese said: “The brand strives to present a coherent and cohesive image, both online and offline.
“The new e-commerce venture will allow customers to fully immerse themselves in the world of Acqua di Parma, as is the case with our retail stores.”
Through the site, shoppers can expect to receive the same services as those in-store, including hot-stamped monograms and decorations, and bottle engraving.
Customers will also be able to book services from the Barberia salon, offering traditional and prestigious shaves to hand massages.
Burdese added: “The introduction of services such as online booking of our Barberia services, click and collect, and gift vouchers that can be used in the Acqua di Parma boutiques, reinforces the brand’s multi-channel approach.
“The new online boutique offers a genuine experience of the most radiant and sophisticated Italian lifestyle.”
Personalisation features will also be used on the site, in order for Acqua di Parma to offer exclusive previews, precise mapping of customers’ purchase choices and send product reminders.
Following the launch in 18 countries, including the UK and Ireland, the brand plans to launch further in order to expand its digital footprint.
