Fashion house Burberry is to launch a new fragrance, The Beat in a bid to modernise its image and keep up to date with the increasing number of young women buying fragrances.
Created by IFF’s Dominique Ropion, Olivier Polge and Beatrice Piquet, in partnership with Burberry creative director, Christopher Bailey, the “sparkling floral woody juice” features Ceylon tea, iris and bluebell fused with bergamot, cardamom, pink pepper, white musk, vetiver and cedarwood.
The fragrance is fronted by British model Agness Deyn, who also appears in the fashion house’s current fashion campaigns.
