Vosene Kids has struck a partnership with DreamWorks Animation allowing it to promote the comedy film Trolls on its children's hair care products.
Limited edition bottles of Vosene’s Squeaky Clean and Fruity Goodness products, starring characters from the film on the front, have started rolling out in the UK. With the film due to be released in cinemas in October in the UK, the partnership will run through to February next year.
Speaking about the partnership, Morgane Salin, Senior Marketing Manager at Vosene Kids, said: “We are thrilled to be working with DreamWorks Animation on the launch of Trolls.
"This is the first promotional partnership of this kind and scale for Vosene Kids and we believe that Trolls is a great fit as our research shows that films are a real passion for our consumers.”
She added: “We are looking forward to delivering a creative and integrative communications campaign to support the promotion, helping to give a little bit of fun to families while raising awareness of the importance of the children’s hair care category and of course drive through to sales.”
In addition to on-pack promotion, the bottles also provide details about a competition for consumers to enter in order to win one of 40,000 mini Trolls dolls.
On Vosene’s website, the brand plans to unveil an educational link to the campaign with an interactive Trolls game about how to wash hair including a ‘shampoo challenge’.
