Pelham, a UK-based health and beauty end-to-end manufacturer, launched Pelham Matrix in 2023.

The company spotted a gap in the market for trend-led products at small MOQs, pre-tested and formulated in a range of sustainable packaging options.

It drops new ranges every three months in multiple product categories.

With the recent launch of a 16-product cosmeceuticals range, Pelham’s IanBaynes (Technical Director); Sophie Lowe (Business Development Manager); Gabriella Hill (Product Development Chemist); and Rebecca Avellano (Senior NPD Manager) share their observations on the cosmeceuticals market.
