Ted's Grooming Room, the barbershop chain from fashion and beauty brand Ted Baker, is expanding its London presence with a new store in the capital's Fulham St, UK.
Designed to provide an “immersive and intimate experience” for visitors, the 645ft location will be themed after a 1920s cinema, featuring eclectic décor and the brand's traditional barber chairs.
Clients will be able to choose from a selection of treatments including massages, a hot towel service, brow threading, hot wax and the Turkish technique of ear-flaming, in which barbers use fire to remove unwanted stray hairs such as ear hair.
Hair and beard trims will also be available, including the brand's Full Ted Service which includes a haircut and a beard trim, shave or shape-up.
“London is our home, and we know immediately when we find the right next barbershop location that is reflective of our brand,” said Muzaffer Muharremoglu, Managing Director at Ted’s Grooming Room.
“Our Fulham Road launch is part of our specific expansion plans in the capital and this particular part of the city is key for us as it benefits from high visitor numbers but also a strong residential community that we want to capitalise on.”
Set to open this September, the Fulham Road store joins Ted's Grooming Rooms' 19 other barbershops across the UK capital, including in London’s West End, the City and Canary Wharf, since its launch in 2008.
The new location joins a growing number of beauty destinations in the Fulham Road district, including skin care brand FaceGym's facial workout flagship among other hair and beauty salons.
