The Role 

We are seeking an ambitious, high-achieving B2B Technical Sales Manager - Cosmetic & Personal Care Ingredients who is passionate about premium beauty and skincare. As a key driver of revenue, you will manage the customer journey from start to finish, developing strong relationships with mission-aligned partners. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will:

  • Drive Sales: achieve annual sales goals by building and nurturing relationships with commercial partners.
  • Promote Business Development: Develop expertise in our portfolio and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Manage Pipeline: Efficiently handle sales pipelines and customer databases.
  • Strategy and Outreach: Create and implement a growth strategy focusing on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with commercial partners to achieve sales targets.
  • Lead business development efforts, positioning our innovative ingredients in the market.
  • Manage and optimize sales pipeline and customer databases.
  • Identify new leads and opportunities, develop proposals, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Educate partners on the environmental and health benefits of our products.
  • Monitor market trends and emerging products to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align activities with market trends and strategies.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
