Taiki Cosmetics Europe to showcase sustainable eyepatch solution at MakeUp in Paris 2024

Published: 21-May-2024

Beauty tools and sheet masks manufacturer Taiki presents its last eco-designed application solutions for skin care and makeup: “The Eyepatch Cure”, made in France natural eyepatches in a recycled jar, and “FibRelon”, 100% recycled fiber for brushes

Taiki Cosmetics Europe, supplier of cosmetic application solutions, will be once again exhibiting at Paris to showcase its wide range of beauty accessories and face masks. Performance, quality and sustainability are, as always, at the center of its offer. Among the many new products, visitors will be able to discover The Eyepatch Cure and FibRelon on stand K20.

The Eyepatch Cure

Showcased at the “Conscious Beauty Area” during the trade show, this product is a set of 30 pairs of tissue under-eye patches, impregnated in a jar in France. This new way to present non-woven eyepatch allows to drastically reduce packaging: 1 recyclable and recycled jar avoids to use 30 non-recyclable unit sachets with 2,5x less total pack weight and 5x less use of non-recycled material ! It also reduces formula waste: with a same amount applied on the skin, 3x less formula is needed in a jar of 30 pairs. This product allows to increase naturality of eyepatch compared to hydrogel. It can be infused with a 100% natural / organic / COSMOS / clean formula.

FibRelon

Latest addition to Taiki's high-tech fiber offer, FibRelon is a 100% post-consumer recycled bristle for makeup brushes. Vegan and more sustainable, it is manufactured from upcycling of plastic waste, avoiding the use of virgin petrochemical. It keeps same softness and application performance than traditional synthetic fibers and is suitable for both liquid and powder formulas.
