Re2 Coffea Arabica Peptide: Circular by nature, intelligent by design
At the forefront of Syensqo’s product launches is Re2 Coffea Arabica Peptide, a novel, clinically proven scalp care active derived from coffee grounds and designed for sensitive scalps. This ingredient leverages proprietary molecular docking technology to selectively extract targeted peptide fragments that helps soothe the scalp, boost hydration, reinforce barrier function and reduce hair loss by over 80%1

In addition to Re2 Coffea Arabica Peptide, Syensqo is introducing new science-based solutions that unlock fresh opportunities for formulators in skin and hair care.
- Cerafy™ Clear NP Boost is an innovative ceramide-loaded liposome delivery system, uniquely designed to enhance ceramide release into the skin. It delivers outstanding anti-wrinkle benefits, along with deep moisturization, skin repair and soothing effects. Cerafy™ Clear NP Boost liposomes can be easily integrated into clear, water-based formulations and are suitable for both rinse-off and leave-on products.
- Dermalcare® Velvet is a plant-based polymeric emollient and natural alternative to lanolin, suitable for baby care, skin care, makeup and sun care. Its film-forming technology provides long-lasting hydration and protection. In color cosmetics and sun care, it enhances water resistance, reduces color transfer and boosts SPF - delivering high performance with a comfortable sensory feel.
- Polycare® Split Therapy SGI is a biobased polymer sourced from Syensqo’s Sustainable Guar Initiative (SGI) that seals up to 90% of split ends after a single use. Delivering long lasting repair and pleasant hair feel, it can be used in multiple hair treatment applications, including hair bleaching and coloring.
Visitors can discover these launches in the Innovation Zone at in-cosmetics® Global 2026. Two eco-responsible products will also be featured in the Sustainability Zone:
- Naternal™ Care XTRA is the first biodegradable, biobased conditioning polymer powered by the ancient healing properties of fenugreek. It delivers build-up-free conditioning for highly damaged hair, with proven performance in both wet and dry states.
- Miracare® OPR 2 is a biobased and biodegradable opacifier designed to replace traditional synthetic opacifiers. It imparts a bright, creamy, milky appearance, enhancing the whiteness and visual appeal of formulations.
