US-based SussexIM, a design, engineering, lean manufacturer and post-molding plastics-related company, has reported a 15% increase in production capacity and 12% more personnel as a result of major facility and personnel expansion plans. The company invested more than $1m in the expansion; its annual growth rate has averaged at 11% over the last five years.
