Estée Lauder’s Aramis & Designer Fragrances division has unveiled a slew of new summer fragrances. First up is a third fragrance from the Island Michael Kors franchise. Island Michael Kors Hawaii is a luminous scent featuring top notes of clementine, orange, neroli and hydroponic pineapple. The heart of orange flower, jasmine sambac and Hawaiian ginger is underpinned by a dry down of white amber, sandalwood and balsamic notes said to be reminiscent of warm, tanned skin.
Also making its debut is an eau de toilette variant of Lauder’s Missoni license. Missoni eau de toilette is said to be a lighter and more refreshing alternative to the original scent and includes notes of rose, peony and magnolia, as well as lemon, bergamot and sparkling mandarin. Finally Gianduia chocolate and amber create the sensual dry down.
DKNY has created edt and edc versions of its popular DKNY Be Delicious master brand, and a summer variant of DKNY woman, enhanced with red berries. The apple-shaped bottles have been dropped for these editions.
