Markwins Beauty Brands has announced the appointment of its new Global President.
Stefano Curti assumed the role after Bill George, President and COO of North America, stepped down from the day-to-day management of Markwins’ brands.
Curti has 27 years’ of experience in beauty and personal care and is an accomplished executive within the industry, having worked for both large and small consumer product companies.
Previously, he spent 22 years with global personal care company Johnson & Johnson and helped drive the company to market leadership in skin care in the US.
There he served as Global President of the Beauty and Baby divisions, President of J&J Consumer USA and General Manager of Neutrogena.
CEO of Markwins Eric Chen said: "Stefano's appointment and this transition are exciting milestones in a succession plan that we have been pursuing for some time.
“This appointment is a clear affirmation of Markwins' commitment to the future.”
He continued: ”We believe Stefano's people-focused leadership style, beauty industry expertise, and brand understanding will build on the success Bill George has helped Markwins to achieve.

Markwins’ brands include: The Color Workshop, The Color Institute, Barbie, Disney princess, Monster High and Pop.
