This acquisition illustrates the Group's strategy of strengthening its activities in the dynamic cosmetics market allowing Solabia to offer a wider range of value-added ingredients to its customers. It will also help the Group to consolidate its positions in healthcare, offering new development opportunities in this high-potential market. Marc Dolatkhani, PolymerExpert’s founder, retains a minority stake in PolymerExpert and will remain CEO of PolymerExpert.
